BEEF SALAD SANDWICH 
3 lbs. boneless beef eye of round roast (steak)
8 oz. plain yogurt
1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 recipe (4) sandwich rounds
1 recipe marinated vegetable toss

Cut beef into slices. Sprinkle beef with liquid mixture from marinated vegetable toss one side at time, rub together and let stand 30 minutes. Broil. Cover and chill beef 3 hours. Combine yogurt, onion and dill. Cover and chill 3 hours. Before serving, slice beef into bite size strips. Spread some yogurt mix on inside of round; place some beef and marinated vegetable toss in round. Now you have a wonderful beef salad sandwich rich in vitamins and nutrition.
