COOKIES 'N CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. half and half, cold
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. crushed EL fudge cookies
1 chocolate ready crust

Pour half and half into large bowl. Add pie filling. Beat with whisk until smooth, 1 minute. Let set for 5 minutes. Fold in whip topping and crushed cookies. Spoon into crust - let set for 6 hours in freezer. Take out of freezer and let set 10 minutes before serving. Put remaining back in freezer.
