BBQ BEEF 
3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
32 oz. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 onion, sliced
8 to 9 jiggers Worcestershire sauce

Add liquids, sugar, and onion to crock pot then put in meat. Cook high for 5 to 6 hours. Turn meat occasionally. Shread meat with a fork, then turn to low heat. Serve on rolls.
