BEEF BARBEQUE 
6 lbs. English or chuck roast
2 or 3 stalks celery
3 lg. onions
1 green pepper (opt.)
1 bottle catsup
3 tbsp. barbeque sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. pepper
2 or 3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt

Chop celery, onions and pepper in a large bowl. To that add seasoning and liquid ingredients. Put meat in large roaster and pour over liquid mixture. Bake at 250 degrees for 7 hours. Shred meat when done. Cool and skim off fat. Reheat for sandwiches. Freezes well too.
