BARBEQUED BEEF 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
1 lg. onion, chopped fine

Put above items in roaster.

1 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. ketchup
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 c. water

Cover and bake at 350 degrees until tender enough to shred. Remove fat and bone then shred for sandwiches. Can be frozen also.
