OVEN BBQ BEEF | |
6 lb. chuck roast 1 stalk celery 3 lg. onions 1 sm. bottle ketchup 1 tbsp. barbeque sauce 3 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. chili powder 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 c. water Place roast, celery and onions in roasting pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast and vegetables. Bake at 325 degrees for 6 hours. Shred meat apart with a fork and eat. |
