SHREDDED BEEF BARBECUE 
3 lbs. chuck roast
1 c. celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. water
2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Trim meat. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Combine above ingredients. Pour sauce over meat. Cover with foil and bake 3 hours in 325 degree oven. Use two forks and shred or pull meat apart. Stir meat into sauce. Serve on buns. Optional: a scoop of coleslaw on barbecue completes this sandwich.
