BARBECUE CUPS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. instant minced onions
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain. Add barbecue sauce and onion. Set aside.

Separate biscuit dough into 10 ungreased muffin cups, pressing dough up both sides to the edges of the cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Sprinkle each with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
