BARBEQUE BEEF CUPS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbeque sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. instant minced onions
1/3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (10 count) can biscuits

Brown ground beef and drain off all excess fat. Add the barbeque sauce, sugar, and onions to beef and set aside. Press one biscuit in each cup of an ungreased muffin pan; press dough up sides of the cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until brown.

i've been making this for years. I found it in a cookbook and it is wonderful. I've played around with it some and i've done a breakfast cup. I make scrambled eggs, ground sausage and sometimes i make sausage gravy and put all that in the biscuit then top it with cheese or i leave the gravy for a side. but it's very good!!
