SHREDDED BARBECUE BEEF 
3 lbs. chuck roast, shredded
1 chopped onion, browned
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar (1 oz.)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. barbecue sauce

8 to 12 PEOPLE:

6 lbs. chuck roast, shredded
2 chopped onion, browned
5 tbsp. butter
2 oz. vinegar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
8 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. catsup
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. barbecue sauce

After meat is cooked, let cool. Then shred. Brown onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Add to shredded meat and stir through. Serve on hamburger buns. Very good!
