MOM'S SWEET 'N SOUR PORK 
3 lbs. Farmer Style spare ribs
Salt and pepper
1 c. onion, diced finely
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
2 c. Hunt's tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. vinegar (cider or wine)
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple tidbits and syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper. Place in shallow roasting pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Carefully drain off all excess fat. While ribs are roasting, mix remaining ingredients and stand to blend flavors. Pour over ribs after they've finished baking. Bake an additional 45 to 50 minutes longer, basting frequently to coat ribs with sauce. Makes 4 servings. Goes well with rice.
