CHICKEN MARINADE | |
1 c. maple syrup 1 tbsp. oil 1/4 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. curry 1/2 tsp. cloves Salt & pepper 1/4 c. wine (opt.) Marinade chicken at least 4 hours or overnight. Skin chicken for best results. Barbecue outside or simmer on top of stove in sauce, adding chopped celery, onion, peppers and mushrooms, for 45 minutes. Marinade for 1 large cut up chicken. |
