4 lg. sweet potatoes
2 sticks butter
Maple syrup

Wash sweet potatoes, dry well. Then peel and slice very thin. Place in a baking dish. Dot butter on sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees, stirring often to coat potatoes with butter. When cooked remove and add syrup and stir to taste. Lick your fingers.
