CHICKEN IN THE CHIPS 
2 to 2 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. Pace Picante Sauce
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. corn chips

Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, and Pace, mixing well. Spoon 1/2 of the mixture into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with 1 cup cheese and 1 cup chips. Repeat layers.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until hot. Serve with additional picante sauce. Makes 4 servings.
