POTATO CHIP CHICKEN 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. potato chips (2 c. crushed)
1/4 tsp. garlic sauce
Dash of pepper
2 1/2-3 lb. chicken, cut up into pieces
1/3 c. butter

Combine crushed chips and seasonings. Dip chicken in melted butter; roll in chip mixture. Place chicken skin side up in a greased shallow pan. Bake a 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Do not turn. Serves 4.
