EASY OATMEAL MUFFINS | |
1 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix 1/4 cup sugar 1 cup quick-cooking oats 1 egg, beaten 2/3 cup milk 2 tbsp. vegetable oil Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease muffin pans. Combine Bisquick baking mix, sugar and quick-cooking oats. Combine milk, egg and oil. Add at once to dry mixture. Stir just enough to moisten. Fill prepared pans 2/3 full. Bake at 375°F for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until muffin tests done. Variation: Add 1/2 cup raisins (regular or golden). Submitted by: Helen Francis |
