CHICKEN IN THE CHIPS 
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. Pace picante sauce
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. corn chips

Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, and picante sauce, mixing well. Spoon half the mixture into lightly greased baking dish. Top with 1 cup cheese and 1 cup corn chips. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until hot. Makes 4 servings.
