CHIP-CHICKEN SALAD 
2 cans (5 oz. each) boned chicken, cut up
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. minced green onions
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. crushed potato chips
Crisp lettuce leaves
Melon wedges
Strawberries

In bowl, toss chicken, celery, green pepper, onion, and mayonnaise. Cover and chill, just before serving mix in potato chips.

Serve salad on lettuce leaves; garnish with melon wedges and strawberries. 3 servings.
