TORTILLA CHIP SALAD 
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. red hot pepper
4 drops red pepper sauce
2/3 c. water
1 (14 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
4 tomatoes cut in 1/8
1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 tbsp. pickle relish

Chill shredded lettuce one hour. Mix ingredients through beans. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cool 10 minutes. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, chips, cheese and onion in large bowl and add the cooked mixture and toss. Serves 8.
