KRISTY'S EASY ITALIAN BEEF
SANDWICH
 
This great for parties, pot lucks and all family meals. We use French rolls, and sometimes substitute a can of beer instead of water!

3 lb. beef roast (chuck, sirloin tip, top round)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Italian beef seasoning (we use Louie's; usually found in dry gravy section)
water (enough to cover)

Empty seasoning packet into Crock-Pot along with 2 cups of water and mix. Cut roast into 3 pieces and place in Crock-Pot. Add enough water to cover the top of the roast. Turn on HIGH for 6 hours and then shred with a fork to serve on the bread of your choice.
