SWISS STYLE POTATO SOUP 
4-6 sm. potatoes
1 tbsp. butter
4 fresh green onions, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Swiss cheese, cubed
1 can (13 oz.) Pet milk
2 sprigs parsley

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup water. Peel and cube. Saute onions in butter. Combine potatoes, parsley, cheese, milk, salt and water. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Serve or freeze. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
