SWISS POTATO SOUP 
4 pared med. potatoes
2 diced bacon slices
1/4 c. onions, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. parsley
3 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of pepper

Cook potatoes until tender. Saute bacon and onion. Mash potatoes. Add bacon, onion, butter, parsley, salt, pepper, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in milk. Heat over low heat; stir. Sprinkle with cheese.
