GRILLED FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 med. onion, chopped

Score steak with knife. Mix all ingredients together and rub onto both sides of the steak. Leave on at least 1 hour - overnight is best. Grill to desired doneness. This is also good on London Broil.
