GRILLED FLANK STEAK 
2 lb. flank steak
8 oz. Italian dressing
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced

Pierce meat all over. Soak in dressing overnight, turning occasionally. Wipe all excess dressing and grill to desired doneness. Saute mushrooms in 1/2 cup dressing to serve with steak.

NOTE: Slice steak in thin strips across grain. Serves 4-6.
