"DAD" BURGERS 
1 lb. ground chuck
6 tbsp. Progresso bread crumbs (Italian style)
4 tsp. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
4 tbsp. finely chopped Vidalia onions
3 tsp. Dale's Steak Seasoning

Grill on low heat. Serve on fresh sesame seed bun lightly toasted on grill after brushing with garlic butter. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion.

Before removing meat from grill, top with sliced fresh mushrooms and Mozzarella cheese. Melt.
