3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water
3/4 c. oil
6 tbsp. cocoa

Put dry ingredients in 9x13 inch pan. Pour all wet ingredients in pan and mix with fork until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. No need to grease pan.
