CRAZY CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
10 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
12 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
Powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour, measure and sift sugar, cocoa, soda and salt into ungreased 9"x13" baking pan. Make 3 depressions in dry ingredients; into one put oil, into second put vinegar and into third put vanilla. Pour water over all, stir with fork. Do not beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

FROSTING: In saucepan bring to boil butter, cocoa and milk. Add powdered sugar to desired consistency. Then add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
