SUNDAY DINNER STEAK 
6 or 8 cube steaks, can use stew meat
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms & juice
1 can beef gravy (can use 1 1/3 c. leftover beef gravy)
1 can water
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Dredge steak in flour and brown lightly. Place in 9"x13" covered baking pan or casserole. Put sliced onions on. Add mushrooms and liquid. Sprinkle dry onion soup over this. Mix gravy with 1 can water and pour over. Cover with foil, cover or lid. Do not stir when preparing or at any time before serving. Bake at 250 degrees for 3 or 4 hours. Serve over potatoes, rice or buttered noodles.
