SUNDAY DINNER SWISS STEAK | |
4 lb. meat tenderized round or Swiss 2 cans mushroom soup 2 cans tomato soup 2 onions, diced 2 peppers, diced 1 can mushrooms 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper Brown meat that has been cut in serving sizes. Meat may be either plain or floured. Place in baking pan. Pour sauce made from next 7 ingredients over meat. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. (Depends on how long you'll be at church!) |
