2 to 3 lb. sirloin roast 2 to 3 lb. pork roast 1 green pepper 1 to 2 onions 6 to 8 potatoes 5 to 8 carrots Worcestershire sauce Salt Pepper Water In large roaster place roasts, peeled and halved potatoes, peeled and quartered carrots, sliced peppers and onions. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover, roast in conventional oven 350 for about 1 1/2 hours and meat is done. Hint: Put some water in bottom of roaster to barely cover vegetables while cooking. |
