CRAZY CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa

Sift the above ingredients into an 8"x8" pan; mix well. Add 1 tablespoons vinegar, 6 tablespoons oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup water. Blend well with fork. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Leave in pan. Frost with fudge icing.

FUDGE ICING:

1 jar marshmallow creme
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to full boil, stirring constantly over moderate heat. Boil 5 minutes over moderate heat. Remove from heat. Add 1 (12 oz.) package chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until thickens.
