SPARE RIBS & SAUERKRAUT 
Pork spare ribs, country style
Lemon juice
Kitchen bouquet
3 toes pressed garlic
1 jar Vlasic sauerkraut
Olive oil
1 c. water
1 or 2 beef bouillon cubes
1 onion, finely chopped
1 can new potatoes

Rub spare ribs with lemon juice and kitchen bouquet. Brown spare ribs in olive oil. Drain grease. Add water, bouillon cubes, garlic and onion. Cover and simmer 45 to 50 minutes. Add sauerkraut and new potatoes. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes more.

Absolutely delicious. My substitutes were pork back ribs instead of country style. Used Montreal Steak Spice to rub ribs with as I don't know what Kitchen bouquet is. Don't skip the potatoes like I almost did to save carbs, they smooth out the acidic sauerkraut. Cut potatoes into thin small pieces to be sure they cook through. A Keeper for sure !!!
