3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water

Sift dry ingredients into bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir well. DO NOT BEAT. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes.
