EASY CHICKEN DINNER | |
This is so easy and so yummy. You can substitute the veggies to your liking and even add rice or noodles if you want more starch/carbs in this one tray dish. Grab a store bought rotisserie chicken (obviously cooked) or make your own... which isn't fast and easy 1 bag of frozen peas, or other favorite veggie (s) 1 container of fresh mushrooms (optional) Teriyaki sauce 1 jar of chicken gravy 1 bag of shredded cheese of your liking... I use a four cheese combo 1 disposable half tray pan Break apart the chicken and spread in pan. Pour peas and mushrooms over the chicken. Drizzle Teriyaki over that. Then pour on chicken gravy. Cover with shredded cheese, whole bag. Cover the pan with foil. Bake at 350°F for one hour. DONE! Submitted by: Diane F |
