1 lb. ground beef
chili powder, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
3 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
1/2 large red onion, diced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 tbsp. ketchup (Hunts)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper, to taste

Sprinkle chili and garlic powder on ground beef, mix in with fork.

Heat oil and butter in medium saucepan. Add onion to oil and butter, sauté.

Add seasoned ground beef to pan, brown. Add tomato sauce to pan, stir. Add ketchup, stir. Add brown sugar, stir.

Season with salt and pepper, to taste, before serving. Enjoy!
