SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
10-12 strips bacon, cut in half
3 eggs
1 med. onion, chopped
8 oz. white wine
1/3 c. olive oil
1 c. heavy cream
5 stalks parsley, chopped
8 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
400 grams spaghetti

Mix cream, cheese, eggs, and parsley in a bowl. Mix wine, oil, bacon, and onions in pot. Cook covered 20 minutes over low flame, stirring occasionally. Raise flame to boil off wine. Cook pasta al dente. Drain. Mix with cream sauce, then add hot broth.
