SPAGHETTI ALA CARBONARA 
3 tsp. vinegar
1 lb. bacon
1/2 stick butter
1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti
2 tbsp. Parmesan
1 1/2 can evaporated milk
3-4 eggs, beaten
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook bacon. Pour off some grease. Add butter. Cook a little. Add vinegar and simmer for 1 minute. Add spaghetti; mix well. Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix. Add milk; mix. When very hot add egg. Turn off heat; mix well. Cook off quickly.
