SPAGHETTI ALLA CARBONARA 
1 lb. bacon, diced
1 lb. pork sausage
1 sm. onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
2 eggs, well beaten
8 oz. fresh Romano cheese

In a skillet fry bacon and sausage with onions until meat is cooked. Drain off grease, leaving 2 tablespoons. When ready to serve, mix eggs and cheese with spaghetti. Add meat mixture and toss together carefully. Serve immediately.
