SLOW COOKER SHORT RIBS 
Very delicious! and fall apart tender.

2 pkgs. short ribs
1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce (your choice)
slow cooker

Prepare short ribs by placing in Crock-Pot, Cover with almost half bottle of sauce. Put on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 8 hours.

During half of cooking time, check and turn the meat over and around. If there is lots of liquid, drain most of it and leave just enough to slightly cover bottom, but not too much.

Cover with the remaining barbecue sauce, and finish cooking.
