HOLLY'S PORK RIBS IN CROCK-POT | |
slab of pork ribs Par boil ribs. Rinse and set aside. SAUCE FOR RIBS: 1 cup orange juice 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce (your favorite) salt and pepper, to taste Combine ingredients and season with salt and pepper, to taste. TOPPING: large white or Vidalia onion, cut into quarters 1/4 to 1/2 cup brown sugar bay leaf After cutting onion into quarters, cover bottom of Crock with slices of onion. Take ribs and lightly rub both sides with brown sugar. Place in Crock-Pot. Pour sauce completely over and add remaining onions. Put a bay leaf on top. Cook 3 to 5 hours on HIGH.
