HONEY WALNUT LOAF 
1 c. honey
6 eggs
1 c. walnuts, finely chopped
3 tbsp. raw wheat germ
1/2 c. whole grain bread crumbs, finely grated
2 tsp. grated lemon, rind
Fresh ground nutmeg, dash

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Separate eggs. Add honey to yolks and beat well. Beat egg white stiff, set aside. Blend remaining ingredients into the yolk and honey mixture. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour batter into a well greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Serve with condiments.
