RICH WALNUT LOAF 
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. grated or chopped onion
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs, toasted
2 eggs
1/4 c. grated carrot
1/4 tsp. sage
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Pepper to taste

May substitute sunflower seeds, all or in part.

Mix well. Soy sauce is substitute for salt plus adds flavor. Taste and make your own judgements. Pour into greased loaf pan; form loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or 10 to 15 minutes on medium high in microwave, covered.

Note: This is a very flexible recipe. A little more or less of this or that never hurts it!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
