RICH'S CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 (303) can pinto beans, drained
1 (12 oz.) can salsa
1 sm. can diced, green chilies
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
Chili powder to taste
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce

A cast iron Dutch oven works best. Sprinkle bottom of pan with chili powder. Brown meats, draining off fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 3 to 4 hours. Serve with warm tortillas. Serves 6 to 8.
