RHUBARB - STRAWBERRY CREAM PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 (sm.) box strawberry Jello
3 tbsp. flour or tapioca
1 tsp. grated orange peel (or orange juice)
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. rhubarb, washed & diced

Mix all together and pour into 9 inch prepared pastry lined pie pan. Top with lattice crust and bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes, then turn to 350 degrees and bake about 30 minutes. Good firm pie.
