RHUBARB CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. butter
2 well beaten eggs
3 c. rhubarb, cut in 1 inch pieces
10 inch pie crust

Blend sugar, flour and butter. Add eggs. Beat smooth. Pour over rhubarb in pastry lined pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
