SPOON TACOS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 chopped onion
Salt and pepper
Garlic salt
1 med. size can chili con corne
1 med. bag tortilla chips
1/2 head lettuce, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown meat and onion with seasoning to taste. Add chili con carne. Heat thoroughly. Place mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Crumble tortilla chips on top. Spread with lettuce, then tomatoes, then cheese. Put under broiler about 2 minutes to melt cheese.
