RICH'S HAWAIIAN STEAK 
1 lg. flank steak, tenderized
1 c. flour
3 eggs
Chopped green onions

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 tbsp. fresh ginger root, grated

Cut meat into pieces 3 x 3 inches. Marinate in sauce for 15 minutes. Flour meat. Dip meat into beaten eggs. Flour meat again. Dip into eggs again. Fry in pan with hot oil, then reduce heat to cook through slowly. Slice into small pieces and top with chopped green onions.
