CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa

Mix flour, sugar, salt, eggs, sour cream, and baking soda in large bowl. Bring butter, water, and cocoa to a boil. Add all at once to flour mixture while still hot. Cream well. Pour into greased 15 1/2 x 10 3/4 x 1 inch pan. Bake 20-22 minutes. Test with toothpick. Remove from oven. Ice cake while hot with hot icing.

ICING:

1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. cocoa

Place sugar and vanilla in small mixing bowl. Bring to boil the butter, milk, and cocoa. Add all at once to bowl of confectioners' sugar. Beat, spread quickly on cake.
