2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

Mix flour and sugar in bowl and let stand. Bring water, oil, butter, and cocoa to a boil. Add flour and sugar mixture. Then add remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour into a sheet cake pan (11 x 16). Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
3 1/2 tsp. cocoa
1/3 c. milk

Bring to boil, remove from heat. Add 1 box powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over warm cake.
