QUICK AND EASY SPARE RIBS 
1 lg. oven cooking bag
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. onions
1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 chopped green pepper
3 1/2 lb. pork spareribs, fat trimmed

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Shake flour in large oven cooking bag; place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Add barbecue sauce, onion and green pepper. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Cut ribs in serving size pieces; place in bag. Turn bag to coat ribs with sauce. Arrange ribs in an even layer. Close with nylon tie; make 6 half inch slits in top. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Makes 4- 6 servings.

These are pretty good. No one will mistake them for slow cooked in smoke -- but if you want ribs quickly and easily, these will do just fine. My family probably likes them more than I. They will be very, very tender. Smoked ribs will have much more crunch to them.
